A while ago I posted that I taught my last Seasonal Canvas class – the fall one – and so now I have a full set of four. I have to say, this might be one of my favourite classes ever! The finished product of each canvas is beautiful but to have all four together is just awesome.
Don’t they look great? I did a little kitchen rearranging to fit them in on a wall that doesn’t get direct sunlight. I used Luminarte Silks for the paint on each of these and unfortunately, they’re not light stable. π¦
That being said, it was ok in this case because they fit perfectly here just above my scrapbooking island in the corner of my kitchen.
If you want closeups all the canvases are in my Flickr gallery and your can also check out the blog posts for Winter, Spring,Β Summer, and Fall.
Cheers!

Wow, that is just beautiful. I agree that the whole is more than the sum of its parts. Great job, and I’m glad you found the perfect home for the set.

Love these canvas’s. I have purchased a few canvas’s to try some sort of mixed media, but I am just new to this type of art and am learning so much from so many inspirational people like yourself. I thank you for sharing your lovely “fun” pieces with us. Luminarte silks look interesting, I will be looking into that.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed them and hope you get some inspiration! I’m in Newfoundland so, like you, I celebrated Thanksgiving back in October! Let me know if you play with your canvases – I’d love to see what you come up with!
