It’s Show & Tell time at Simple Scrapper again and the Creative Team knocked it out of the park again! It’s really amazing how different styles use the same sketch – I love seeing them all! Go check out the Team Gallery.

My Story Starter layout this month was about one of my favourite spots, Salmon Cove:

I added some texture while re-enforcing my title by adding mist to translucent embossing paste and spreading it through a stencil:

And I had fun with the subtitle by throwing in an ampersand clip:

My template LO used an instagram pic I took of Gabe and his new friend, Holly:

We were walking home from school and though they didn’t listen to a single word we (her grandmother and I) said, they were still pretty much the cutest ever, holding hands and running. I added their initials to a vellum circle and stapled it over the picture:

I added the same vellum across the bottom of the photo, over the mist drips. It anchors the photo without covering up all that drippy goodness!
